By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Conditions.
2. Products
TALISNE designs and produces limited-edition luxury garments in its own workshop in Tarragona (Spain).
Each garment is described in detail on its product page, including:
- Composition
- Size
- Country of manufacture
- Care instructions
- Price
Images are as accurate as possible; however, slight color variations may occur depending on the device.
3. Availability
All collections are limited. In case of temporary unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed and may choose:
- Full refund
- Exchange for another product
- Wait for restocking (if applicable)
4. Purchase Process
To place an order:
- Select product and size.
- Add to cart.
- Complete personal and shipping details.
- Expressly accept these Conditions.
- Make payment using available methods.
The contract is concluded when TALISNE confirms the order by email. TALISNE reserves the right to cancel orders in case of an obvious pricing or description error.
5. Prices and Taxes
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish taxes.
For shipments outside the European Union:
- The customer may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
- These costs are not included in the product or shipping price.
- Payment of such amounts is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website (credit/debit cards and secure platforms). Payments are processed through secure gateways. TALISNE does not store full card details.
7. Shipping
Shipping areas:
- European Union
- United States
- Japan
- China
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- USA: 5–12 business days
- Japan and China: 5–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to logistics or customs reasons. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you purchase from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without justification.
To exercise this right:
- Notify by email to info@talisne.com.
- Return the product unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
9. International Returns (Outside EU)
For orders shipped outside the EU:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt.
- Return shipping costs and possible customs charges are borne by the customer.
- Duties paid at destination will not be refunded.
10. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used.
- It shows damage.
- It lacks original tags or packaging.
- It is personalized or made to specific order.
11. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty applicable under Spanish and European law. Manufacturing defects must be reported within a reasonable time after detection.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content (brand, designs, photographs, texts) is the property of TALISNE and protected by applicable law. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
13. Data Protection
Personal data processing is governed by the website’s Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute:
- If the customer is an EU consumer, applicable consumer protection law shall apply.
- For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Tarragona (Spain), unless otherwise required by law.
